Privacy

Your privacy, plainly stated.

Discretion is the heart of what we do. This page explains, without legalese, what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit an artwork or send us a message, we collect what you give us: your name and contact details, what you tell us about the work, and your photographs of it.

How we use it

Only to assess your artwork, respond to you, and - if you decide to proceed - to arrange a private sale. We don't use your details for marketing, and we never sell or share them with third parties.

Who sees it

Only us. Dealers see the work and its description in order to bid - never your name, contact details or address. Your personal information is shared only with the winning bidder, and only to arrange collection and payment.

Where it lives

Submissions are stored securely with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and delivered to us by email. Photograph links are private and not published or indexed anywhere.

How long we keep it

For as long as your enquiry or sale is live, and a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Ask us to delete your submission at any time and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll sort it promptly.

Questions about any of this? Get in touch - we're happy to explain.
